Temporary members fees are half price during winter.
Weekly fees can be arranged.
A handicap certificate is required to play golf at Oakdale.
A member can sign in a maximum of 3 guests at any one time.
Company corporate days may be arranged directly with the Secretary/ Manager Mr Mike Cross.

Facilities

There are changing facilities for both male and female golfers. The clubhouse offers superb views across the course and has both restaurant and bar facilities.

Security

The club will not be responsible for any items left unattended in the car park or locker/dressing rooms. The club accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage to persons or their property whilst on the golf course, in the clubhouse or other areas of the grounds. We recommend all participants to have adequate personal golf insurance cover in respect of such matters. Please do not leave valuables in the changing rooms and ensure your golf clubs are secure at all times. Theft in and around golf clubs is all too common and preventable if reasonable precautions are taken.

Mobile Telephones

The use of mobile telephones is prohibited in the clubhouse and on the course except for medical/accident emergencies.

Requested Tee Reservations

When assessing tee times requirements, please allow 7 minute intervals per group.

Please note: The 1st tee is reserved for members between 08.30am to 09.30am and 12.30pm to 2.00pm. The club prefers that visiting parties play a maximum of 27 holes on any one day.

Bookings are provisional until payment of the reservation fee is received. The current fee is £25.00 for parties up to 20 and £50.00 for parties of 50 and above. Final numbers for both green fees and catering are required 2 days before the event, the invoice will be charged as stated. Payment for food must be made on the day of the event. Please advise if buggies are required.

At Oakdale we pride ourselves on offering good quality service from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. We try to use the best quality local produce and can cater for any special diet or other requirements to suit your needs. Oakdale has a very wide selection of exciting menus from a healthy breakfast to lunch and formal dinner.
